TEMPORARY WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS IN MONTENEGRO AND SERBIA

Novomonte helps non resident foreign citizens in getting the temporary work-residence permit, either in Montenegro or in Serbia

IN MONTENEGRO - After the company registration, the foreign director is due to apply for the work-residence permit.

The foreign director may apply for the 1 year work-residence permit. The director will have to bring, from his-her country of origin, the police cert stating that he-she has no crime report plus the high school or university cert. In Montenegro a few other documents are needed: proof of address, insurance policy, a bank statement attesting that he has at least 3650 euros on a personal account in Montenegro, a copy of the proof of arrival. This set of credentials must be submitted to the police by the applicant himself (our full assistance is included in the work-residence assistance service, including the necessary sworn translation of the certs).

In 20 days the work-residence permit will be ready and the applicant will have to visit the police again in order to collect the temporary ID card.

IN SERBIA - Work-residence permit procedure in Serbia is similar but easier than in Montenegro, there is no need to bring any certificate from the country of origin.
